1. Rego lines

Fridays: paste each WhatsApp list into its own box – they are combined for you. Either box can stay empty.

☄️ Comets list

🌟 Pulsars list

Other nights (no group) – or both lists in one paste (e.g. “1. Sam”, “Mel - 7-10pm”, “Priya 6:30pm to 8pm”) – a name with no time plays the standard session; players go into a group only under a Comets/Pulsars title

2. Costs & options

Court hire ($)

Shuttles ($)

Split method

The two block options are for when the number of players vs courts changes a lot during the session – otherwise use the same rate per hour.

Rounding

Date

Standard session (a line with just a name, e.g. “1. Sam”, plays all of this; a line whose own times start before or end after it gets a gentle note)

Use emoji icons in the message

Footer (optional – payment details, notes; line breaks are kept)

🔒 Stored only in this browser (localStorage) – it is not in the page’s code and is never sent anywhere.

Add payment deadline (Date + 2 days)

Total court hours (optional, this session only)

With court hours filled in, the message adds “(Note: number of players per court per hour: X)” = total player-hours ÷ total court hours. It is not saved.

Closing line (optional, saved on this device)

Players by duration

How many players stayed for each length of session, and their total player-hours. On screen only – not part of the WhatsApp message.

Group by who registered (optional)

“Name - Brandon’s” means Brandon registered Name – it does not change what anyone owes. This is just a convenience: the combined shares of everyone a person registered (plus their own, unless someone else registered them).

Per-block breakdown

The session runs from the earliest start to the latest finish. Total cost is split equally across every half-hour block, then each block is split equally between the players present in it.
